Zwift Duathlon League is a six-week bike-and-run race series.
Zwifters will ride as far as they can in 35 minutes, then run as far as they can in 15 minutes. There will be a 10-minute transition break after the bike to get yourself ready for the run.
The bike races are a mass-start, non-drafting affair, so choose your favorite TT bike.
Transition Time is 10 mins
The run is a standard running race.

For each ZDL week (per season), we remove the highest points scorer and lowest points scorer from the club and average the remaining points. This provides Club Points for the Club League. Add each Club Points total to arrive at the Club's Season Total.
